All the comments on our games

The only problem I have encountered with this game is that, for the life of me, I haven't been able to pinpoint Washington D.C.
Apparently, it is bordered mostly by Maryland and also Virginia, so why can't I find it?? When I put my curser over those states, I can't see a smaller district becoming highlighted. If anyone knows can they describe it or help with any additional pointers/ info??
Otherwise, it is a good way to increase one's knowledge and is fun.
