Interesting discussion and what great scores. I opted for a central 'loiter point' at Birmingham. Seemed to work for me although I did notice it was difficult to be precise on the southerly moves. Think you picked the better option. If I get a lucky game where mostly midlands towns come out the scores can be ok. (for me) I have a giddy optical mouse, XP and Mozilla that struggles with the ads plus a connection that can be extremely slow. Add to that my 65 yrs on the planet and I am just happy to be anywhere on or around the podium. It's good fun !

Cheers Chrowland. Did hit 114 a good while ago then the favourite mechanical mouse died. The optical replacement has proved to be more difficult for me so it's took a while to get back to that level.
