only the mobile versions show on IE and chrome version of my surface pro. Provinces of Canada and cities of Canada - the game won't load. Is this a flash issue? Flash is on the way out. Are you converting to HTML5 soon?

You can only play the games that have the tablet symbol next to them on a tablet. And, it doesn't really work with you fingers because they give to big of a mark so it doesn't put it in the right place. I hope that helps!
